“I have one rule.” I said. “You can’t say I don’t know.”

Because when you are trying to solve a problem and you say “I don’t know.” you just ended the conversation.

There is no coach in the world that can tell you WHY you’re doing what you’re doing, but the only way to figure it out is to get CURIOUS about why, and never say I don’t know.

When we say “I don’t know.” we choose cognitive laziness over curiosity, imagination, exploration, and discovery.

Changing your behaviors requires self-inquiry and a willingness to LEARN about yourself so that you can lovingly change yourself for the better.

You’ll never be able to change your behaviors if you “don’t know” what’s driving them.

Stop saying “I don’t know.” and start asking yourself why.

Why did I eat the oreos?

Because I was tired. Stressed. Bored. Because I wanted to!!

Now you know why you did it and this is where the work of real change begins.
