If you want to break your sugar habit then you must use a brain-based approach.

I used to feel addicted to sugar. I felt out of control. I tried everything to break the habit, but what I really needed was to understand my BRAIN, why I was having these strong cravings and feeling out of control, and then solve the problem from there. And that is exactly what I did.

Today I have a very satisfying and peaceful relationship with sugar. I eat it, on occasion, but I don’t crave it like I used to– and I didn’t need any more self-control or willpower to get here.

When you break your sugar habit you will find, as I did, SO much peace and freedom on the other side. You can still enjoy sugar without jonesing for it– and that is awesome.

On this episode I teach you how I did it and how you can do it, too, in this two part series called Breaking Up But Staying Friends with Sugar. I use a brain based approach that I can’t wait to share with you AND I want to invite you to a free BUSSBF challenge starting January 2nd through the 13th.
